Things are going good with Jase! He has been to the cabin up north and he got to hang out on the lake with another golden family member. Jase gets to go to a dog park most days, and usually gets a walk over lunch hour. Found out he's a swimmer not too long ago, so we may be attending indoor dog swimming sessions at a place nearby soon. Jase is looking forward to the summer when the lake up north is no longer frozen.
He's a great host when people are over, makes sure to visit with everybody and is well behaved. He sleeps on my bed at night, waits for me to shuffle around in the morning then comes over and paws me until I wake up. I've been working from home more often so I can spend more time with him, though he gets jealous of my computer often. He also is fascinated by light reflections, so he spends a fair amount of time stalking/hunting those.
Jase is part of the GRRoW volunteer group now, though we haven't committed to anything yet. Hopefully in the near future.

Jase here! I wanted to let everyone know that I have officially found my forever home and love, love, love my new family! I am told I am very photogenic, it sure is a good thing I like having my picture taken! I am doing great, getting lots of love and attention. I have new doggie friends to play with and even get to take trips up north where I get to enjoy the great outdoors with family! Thank you GRRoW for taking such good care of me and finding my forever family!

Hello everyone! My how time flies when your having fun! I have been working hard on becoming the best I can be and it must be paying off because my foster family loves me and give me lots of praise, not to mention treats too. I like to go for walks and enjoy the great outdoors and I get excited when I see other dogs out and about too. Sometimes I get so excited I want to run over and meet them but I am learning that I do need to stay calm and just let them approach or walk by. My foster family says I am doing a lot better, but I will need to keep practicing! I love meeting new people and as soon as I flash my big brown eyes they can’t help but fall in love with me. Because I am young, I do like to get lots of exercise and mental stimulation, so daily walks are a must for this boy! I have been doing so good that my foster family says it is time to find me a forever home. Although I am a bit sad, I am more excited that some family will by my forever family some day soon! I must admit, I still have a lot to learn, and need some work but I promise to pay my new family back with all the golden love I have to give!

Jase here again..sorry it has taken so long to update everyone on my progress. Of course I am getting lots of love and affection from my foster mom, oh and treats too! I am sporting a Green Bay Packer collar and leash thanks to my foster family. I have learned some new commands, you see I am not only good looking, but I am smart too! I have also learned that I am not a lap dog even though I like to cuddle. I have my own doggie hang out now, it's large crate with soft blankets where I sleep at night. My potty routine was a little off until we developed a solid schedule, now no more accidents in the house! I love playing outside, but the rain has spoiled my ball games lately, but I get to go for nice long walks with another golden friend that lives near by and we have really become best buds. I am getting better about meeting new dogs and cats along the way, and meeting people is great and kids too! Then there are the squirrels, they are another story, haha. I will never learn to climb trees like they do, but you can't win them all. Oh well, I am a happy dog because I know I am loved! More on how I am doing to come!

Hi everyone, my name is Jase and I'm about 2 years old, according to the vet. I'm not bragging, but my foster parents have told me I am a wonderful boy, aside from a few bad habits that I have to work on. I'm a really mellow guy, but do like to play outside and I especially love the doggy pool! I also love my daily walks and don't even pull when we are walking. I really love people, they are my favorite. I like most dogs, and really don't care about cats. I got to visit the vet recently and got an "all good" after my neuter surgery. The vet did notice a little ear infection starting so I get drops in my ears and it should be cleared up in no time. My foster family says I get a little possessive with some really good treats and also my food occasionally, but I am a growing boy and I guess I have to learn to share better. I am working on sharing and everyone thinks I will get over that as I learn more. Well, that's all for now, I will keep you tuned in on my progress!
