Lilly is doing great. Her infection in the incision and subsequent skin infection is finally cleared. She was not a good patient. She literally wore that cone day and night for a good two months. We had to go under the table to wash her stomach and apply the ointment. She would not come out at all. She has found a new passion. She loves to swim and she is really good at it. She will retriever a tennis ball in the water but on land it is still not a consistent thing to do. She would rather take one from the other dogs and roll on it. When she runs in the fenced in area she will sprint; roll around; sprint; roll around. She is eating normally now since the antibiotic is done. She is very gentle with people and has a very soft mouth. She is ready to find her new home.
