Angela moved to another foster home this week and is doing well in a fenced in yard where she can walk around off leash. The leash seems to hinder her walking and wanting to explore. She is very slowly coming out of her shell and doing less scooting and crawling and a little more walking. She still sleeps most of the day but when she hears you walk past her she will perk up her head and wag that tail of hers. She knows the routine for going outside but likes to come running (ok, that is an exaggeration) right back to her favorite couch when she is done with her business. She is getting used to the attention from a bigger sister as well as two cats who are almost as big as she is. She still does not respond to commands or her name and we are working on getting her attention to come when she is called. One command she does not need to learn is down or over as she almost always scoots down and rolls over for that tummy rub. Angela needs lots of loving and patience for her to become comfortable with her surroundings and new life. We know she does not like walks and she definitely does not like car rides.
