June 15, 2019:
Radar and Ranger have been with us for two weeks now and I can't believe the changes in them. The two timid little puppies are now confident big boys. They are growing like weeds and are so smart. Radar continues to struggle some with his lack of sight but he gets along pretty well. Ranger is a big help with his brother and Olaf, the resident dog, reigns them both in if they start to get wild, especially in the house. Roughhousing is for outside. They have a terrific bond and help each other. We run and play outside and have started taking walks around the outside of the house. They are doing well with potty training and enjoying our nightly car rides. We do a lot of things together but still have one on one time with one of their two legged family members so they are developing their own personal identities as well.
They are a big hit in the neighborhood even though they are not allowed to play with others yet. They have another doctor's appointment next week so we can start their vaccinations. They love being part of a family and I'm so proud of Olaf for letting them bounce all over him and beat him up. :-) I couldn't ask for better help or for better boys than these three.
They are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.
