October - 2002 GRRoW Adoptee Receives Award. GRRoW rescue Golden, Lola, received an Honorable Mention GRACE Award. Rescue A Golden of Arizona (RAGofAZ) created and sponsors the "Golden Rescue And Community Excellence" (GRACE) Awards. The awards are presented annually to rescued Golden Retrievers that have excelled in any one of these areas: Animal-Assisted Therapy/Service, Education, Heroism and Law Enforcement.

GRRoW Dogs Test Into Careers. GRRoW is honored to announce that we have been able to donate a few Goldens with unique personality traits to the National Disaster Search Dog Foundation program in California. The following Goldens from the class of 2002 were Andy (aka Toby), Cody, and Jazz will be making history saving lives in their new jobs!
